Tasting Notes and Food Pairing Suggestions

  • Stir-fried pork with ginger and lemongrass
  • Vietnamese shrimp summer rolls
  • Spicy Thai beef salad

Showing ripe bartlett pear and a lick of petrol on the nose, this honeyed, extremely vivacious Washington Riesling can certainly hold its own beside stellar examples from Germany. Off-dry (but not overly sweet due to the high acid content) with notes of juicy white peach and a clean, mineral finish. This is serious value for the money!
