Tasting Notes and Food Pairing Suggestions

  • Braised lamb shoulder with figs
  • Pork belly and hoisin lettuce wraps
  • Grilled flank steak drizzled with a smoky bacon vinaigrette

This biodynamic red blend from the Southern Rhone is absolutely DYNAMITE! Extremely complex and multi-faceted, this silky, savory, and brooding wine shows intense aromas of smoked meat and fragrant violets that lead to deep, dark flavors of black currant, black cherry, espresso, and dark chocolate. So much going on for such a modestly priced wine. This is seriously hard to beat!
