This dainty Ribolla Gialla from renowned northern Italian producer Jermann features a tad of Riesling and Friulano thrown in to boost the wine's aromatic appeal. Broad and fleshy on the palate, with a mouthfeel reminiscent of Viognier, this wine displays classy layers of chamomile and white cherry that are held together by a wonderful core of minerality that appears on the nose and persists all the way through to the long finish.
