- Indian samosas
- Italian breadsticks wrapped in prosciutto
- Vietnamese clay pot chicken with cashews, ginger, and caramelized onions
The Chardonnay fruit here really shines through, with spiced pear and sweet fuji apple making bold appearances both on the nose and in the mouth. Toasted brioche notes and exotic cardamom spice emerge on the mid-palate and continue through to the finish, giving additional finesse and complexity to this elegant, medium bodied sparkler. A very worthy alternative to much pricier Champagne.
