- Fresh fava bean and wild mushroom risotto
- Roasted lamb loin with jerusalem artichokes, shallots, and borlotti beans
- Farro, winter squash, and kale soup
Named after the "B-side singles" of winemaker Andrew Rich's youth, this "second wine" is pretty first rate, showing fresh cranberries, strawberries, and palate-prickling pomegranate fruit. He likens his Cuvée B to B-sides that were never as popular as the hit singles they backed, but musically they were sometimes superior. With such exemplary freshness, purity, and softness in the mouth, this Pinot need not suffer from any inferiority complex to the pricier Willamette Valley Cuvée.
