- Pulled duck confit with Indian spiced crushed fingerling potatoes
- Chicken paella
- Pan-seared turkey meatballs with roasted cauliflower tossed with capers, dried currants, pine nuts, and sherry vinegar
Everyone knows that good Pinot Noir can get very pricey, but here is a delicious exception to that rule. This is the first solo release from Jules Taylor who was the head winemaker at Kim Crawford for many years. Made in a plush, spicy, and enveloping style, this is an elegant mouthful of cardamom-spiced red cherry fruit and earthy wet leaves that's extremely graceful on the palate. A ton of wine for the price!
